Stud Park South On-Property Merino Ram Sale

Pat and Sarah Millear established Stud Park South in the year 2000 with the purchase of 400 one-and-a-half-year-old stud ewes (from a drop of 2,500) and 10 rams at the dispersal of the Millear family property Buttabone Stud Park (BSP) at Warren NSW.

Whilst Stud Park South may be a relatively new stud, the Peppin genetics it carries are part of Merino folklore dating back to Thomas Millear and Albert Austin’s joint purchase of the Wanganella Stud from the Peppin Brothers in 1878.

The SPS Poll Stud is based on the purchase of 97 Carriecowrie (SA) ewes in 2011 with an infusion of Yarrawonga, Wallaloo Park and Kamballie.

Pat is proud to continue his family’s long tradition of breeding big framed, heavy cutting merino sheep.
